• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
